An alert has been issued in the city of Huelva due to the detection of mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus.
In Andalusia, 63 human cases have been confirmed this season, of which 38 are mild and 25 are severe. Residents are advised to avoid mosquito bites and follow mosquito control measures.
