More than 10,000 people have been infected with cholera in Borno State, northeastern Nigeria. At least 46 have died in Doctors Without Borders (MSF) facilities.
Most of the cases are concentrated in Maiduguri, the state capital, which is home to about two million people, including a large number displaced by the 17-year insurgency led by Boko Haram, the terrorist group.
